Here are some helpful reminders about our Reservation Policy, to keep in mind during your stay:

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 P.M.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 A.M.


Riverside County Transient Tax will be added to your Total.


Same day reservations will be charged in full on the day of arrival. All reservations may be canceled before 7 days prior to arrival without an occurring cancellation fee. No refunds, if canceled within the 7-day window prior to your arrival. Cancellations will incur 100%of the accommodation unless room rebooks in which case, a full refund will be provided Less $25 cancellation fee.


 All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).

General Information & Cancellation Policies

Payment / Cancellation

Same day reservations will be charged in full, on the day of arrival. Major holidays and events/ weekends are a two-night minimum stay. 


 Deposits and payments for reservations made through third-party websites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc. will be charged on the provided card per the payment policies of those companies which were agreed to during the booking process. When booking the Entire Villa for a group or event a non refundable deposit is required. Please call 619-997-8893 for details.


No refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows. Consider rescheduling your needed time away, based on availability. 

If you made your reservation through a third-party travel website such as Airbnb, Expedia,Booking.com, etc., you are bound to the cancellation policies agreed to when booking on their websites. Those cancellation policies are often more stringent than our standard policies. Any reservation made with a third-party travel company must be canceled through that company directly.

Quiet Hours

For the comfort of all the guests, quiet hours are observed between the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am at Hidden Hacienda, Suites. Please be respectful of this time and of other guest and their patio area. If we have to repeatedly ask you to quiet down, we will then ask you to leave the property and no refund will be given. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen property. 

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time is between 4:00-10:00 pm. If your travel plans get delayed, call or text with an approximate arrival time so we can be available to you. Please know that we are unable to allow any check-ins after 10pm, for the comfort of our other guests. Our property closes at 10:00 pm each night and only existing registered guests have access to the buildings. Early check-in might be possible, please check with the host first. 



Check-out must be completed by 11am so that we are able to fully and completely clean the room for the next guest. Late check-out could be available, please check with the host first for availability.

Parking

There are 4 parking spots in front of the wooden door that faces the Villa; when coming through the gates, drive up the driveway towards the back of the property and park in front of the designated area or at the front of the building. Plenty of additional parking is available on top near the gravel/trees.

Smoking

As a courtesy to all our guests we have a no smoking policy inside the room. We reserve the right to apply a cleaning charge of $150 for non-observance of this policy.

Pets

We are a No pet facility and pet dandruff free. We have the right to refuse or cancel your reservation.  A $250 cleaning fee will be charged.  We have furry pets on the property, but we ask you not to let them in the rooms. They will occasionally come down to the Suites to say, HI.

Breakage/Damage and Flammables Prohibited in Guest Rooms

Accidents happen, and things occasionally break or may not work correctly. Guests are asked to report such occurrences, so repairs can be made or items replaced. Damages or related losses over and above normal wear and tear of furnishings, amenities or the property, due to guest misconduct, will be charged to the credit card on file to the guest at the full replacement value. No candles, incense or other flammable items are allowed in the guest rooms, in accordance with fire regulations.

Policy Modifications

Hidden Hacienda may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.
